Artists
How the money moves. Your monthly Pass pays for Fyahtrakz itself. Each stream you play adds a small amount to your bill, and that money goes to the artist in full. Tips go to the artist in full too. Fyahtrakz pays artists by bank transfer. Fyahtrakz takes 0% of artist money.

What we keep
Your legal name and country stay in your private artist account. We keep only the last three characters of your passport number, plus a one-way code that stops the same passport registering twice. The passport lines are checked and then discarded. Fyahtrakz keeps your full bank account number so it can pay you by bank transfer from Australia. Only Fyahtrakz's payments team can see it; everywhere else shows the last four digits.
We check every new artist by hand before their page goes live, usually within two working days, and email you when you're approved. Your passport details are checked on our secure server; only the last three characters of the passport number are kept.
Prototype: these checks run in your browser and confirm the passport details are consistent and issued to a Papua New Guinea or Solomon Islands national. A live service would also use an ID verification provider to confirm the passport is genuine and belongs to the person signing up. "Fill sample details" uses a fictitious identity for testing.

Terms of Use
Effective date: 12 October 2026
1. About these terms
Fyahtrakz is a music streaming service operated by Babylon Fyah Pty Ltd (ABN 21 686 220 995), based in Queensland, Australia ("Fyahtrakz", "we", "us"). These terms apply to everyone who uses Fyahtrakz, whether you listen, upload music or both. By creating an account or using Fyahtrakz, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy .
The Fyahtrakz website is now live and fully functional. Listeners can create an account, stream music, subscribe to the Pass and send tips, and eligible artists can join, upload their music and get paid, all as described in these terms.
We may update these terms. If a change affects you in a significant way, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it applies. If you keep using Fyahtrakz after that, the new terms apply.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create a listener account. To buy the Pass or send tips you must be 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
Give us accurate details and keep them up to date, including your email, mobile number and country.
Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
One person per account. Don't share your account or sell access to it.
3. The Fyahtrakz Pass and stream charges
The Fyahtrakz Pass costs A$10 AUD a month . Babylon Fyah Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added. If that changes, we will tell you before any GST applies. It renews each month until you cancel.
On top of the Pass, each track you play for 30 seconds or more adds 0.9 cents (A$0.009) to your monthly bill. That money is paid to the artist.
You choose a monthly limit on stream charges. Once you reach it, you can keep listening and no more stream charges are added that month.
We bill you once a month, in Australian dollars, for the Pass and that month's stream charges. Your bank may add its own fees if your card is in another currency. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
You can cancel the Pass at any time from My account. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give refunds for part months, except where the law requires it.
If we change the Pass price or the stream charge, we'll tell you at least 30 days before. You can cancel before the new price applies.
4. Tips
Tips are voluntary gifts to an artist. We pass the full tip to the artist, less only the card processing fee shown before you pay. Fyahtrakz takes no share. Tips can't be refunded, except where the law requires it. Your name (or "Anonymous") and your message may appear on the artist's supporter wall.
5. Using Fyahtrakz fairly
Fyahtrakz is for your personal, non-commercial listening. Don't play it in a business or public venue without the right licences.
Don't copy, download, record or share music from Fyahtrakz, or try to get around how the app protects it.
Don't create fake plays, followers or tips, whether with bots, scripts, repeated plays or paid schemes. We may remove fake activity, not pay for it, and close the accounts involved.
Don't harass anyone, upload harmful content, or use Fyahtrakz to break the law.
6. Artists: who can join
Artist accounts are open to citizens of Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands who hold a current (not expired) passport from that country and are at least 18 years old.
When you join, we check your passport details, legal name, contact details and bank account. We may ask for more proof, such as a photo of your passport and a selfie, before you can be paid.
Your legal name is private. Listeners only see your artist name, home town, country, photo and music.
A band or group joins through one nominated member, who must meet these requirements and confirms that the other members agree. Fyahtrakz pays all of the band's stream money and tips to that member's bank account; sharing it among the band is a matter for the members. If the nominated member changes, contact us and we'll check the new member's details.
We pay into a bank account in your own name, at a bank in your home country. You can join without bank details and add them later from your artist dashboard; your earnings are held for you until you do.
Artists can listen to all music on Fyahtrakz free. Those plays don't count as streams and nobody is charged for them. If you also get the Fyahtrakz Pass, your plays of other artists' music count and are charged like any listener's. Plays of your own music never count.
7. Artists: your music, artwork and photos
You keep ownership of everything you upload: music, artwork, photos and credits.
You give Fyahtrakz a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to store, stream, display and promote your uploads on Fyahtrakz while they're on the service. This includes showing them in charts such as Artist/Band of the Month and Artist/Band of the Year, and making technical changes such as automatic mastering of loudness to −12 LUFS with peak limiting and resizing images. The licence ends when you remove the upload, apart from copies we must keep by law or that are already in backups.
You promise that you wrote and recorded the music, or have all the rights needed to upload it; that you made or have permission to use the artwork and photos; that any producers and featured artists agreed to be credited; and that any samples are cleared.
We automatically check uploads for originality against music already on Fyahtrakz, and we may also use outside recognition services. We can refuse or remove uploads that copy someone else's work or break these terms.
Stream and tip money for a track goes to the artist who uploaded it. Sharing it with collaborators is between you and them.
8. Artists: how you're paid
You earn 0.9 cents (A$0.009) for each play of your music that lasts 30 seconds or more and that we haven't found to be fake, plus tips. We work out stream earnings when listeners' monthly bills are paid. Card processing fees are deducted in proportion.
We pay you by bank transfer from Australia, in Australian dollars, regularly, once there is money owed to you and your bank details are on file. You can see your earnings, balance and every transfer in your artist dashboard. Your bank converts the money to kina (PGK) or Solomon Islands dollars (SBD) at its own rate.
Fyahtrakz pays its own bank's fee for sending each transfer. Your bank may charge its own fee to receive an international transfer.
You're responsible for your own taxes in your home country. We may withhold money where Australian law requires it and will tell you if we do.
If you think a payment is wrong, contact us within 60 days of the transfer and we'll look into it.
We can hold payments while we look into suspected fake plays, a copyright complaint or unverified account details.
9. Copyright complaints
If you think something on Fyahtrakz uses your work without permission, use the Contact form and choose "Report a copyright problem". Include the artist name, track title, what you own and how to reach you. We'll review it, may remove the content while we do, and will tell the uploader. We close the accounts of people who repeatedly upload other people's work.
10. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable. If an artist account closes, we'll pay any earnings owed, less anything linked to fake plays or copyright breaches.
11. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Apart from those rights, we provide Fyahtrakz as it is, and we don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and disputes go to the courts there, unless the law of your own country gives you rights we can't remove.

Your uploads, artwork, photos and credits, and an audio fingerprint of each track used for the originality check.

From everyone
Basic technical information, such as your internet (IP) address and the time of each request, which our server uses to keep your login secure, block repeated failed log-ins and prevent fraud. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies; your login is kept in your own browser or app.
3. How we use it
To run your account, play music, bill you and send tips.
To pay artists, check artist identity and confirm artists are from Papua New Guinea or Solomon Islands.
To check uploads for originality and adjust loudness.
To send new-release alerts for artists you follow, and messages about your account. You can stop alerts for an artist by unfollowing them.
To answer your messages and handle copyright complaints.
To detect fake plays and fraud, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.
4. What's public
Anyone using Fyahtrakz can see an artist's name, home town, country, genre, photo, artwork, track credits, follower count and stream counts, plus the names and messages on supporter walls.
Never shown publicly: legal names, passport details, email addresses, phone numbers, bank details, earnings and listeners' bills.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
Stripe, our payment provider, to bill listeners and process tips
our bank, to send artist payouts
MilesWeb, which hosts our website and data, and Google (Gmail), which we use to send and receive email
government agencies or courts, when the law requires it
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
6. Information sent overseas
Fyahtrakz is based in Australia, and our artists are in Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands, so personal information moves between these countries. Some of our providers store data in other countries, including the United States and the countries where our hosting provider's servers are located. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
7. How we protect it
All information sent to and from Fyahtrakz is encrypted (https). Artists' bank details are stored encrypted, passwords are stored scrambled, and full passport numbers are never kept. Only Fyahtrakz administrators can see full bank account numbers, so they can make payouts. No system is perfectly secure; if a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and the regulator.
8. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. After it closes, we delete or anonymise it, except payment, payout and tax records, which we keep for at least 5 years as Australian tax law requires.
9. Your choices
See and correct your details in My account or your Artist dashboard, or ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
Unfollow artists, change your password, country or phone number, or cancel your Pass at any time.
Ask us to close your account and delete your information, subject to the records we must keep by law.
10. Children
Fyahtrakz isn't for children under 16. If we learn that a younger child has an account, we'll close it and delete their information.
11. Questions and complaints
Contact us through the Contact form or by email at babylonfyah4350@gmail.com . We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
12. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply.
